As a result of Challenger Coaching individual or small group learning experiences, participants will know how to:

1. Identify the learning, skills, behaviors and attitudes that managers need for the identified competencies and make sure that they know them and teach them.

2. Determine clear and traceable measures for gauging success.

3. Establish agreement concerning performance improvement opportunities and/or problems.

4. Gain commitment to achieve new goals and competencies by creating a supportive, non-threatening environment.

5. Help people acquire new knowledge, skills and insights through effective questioning, listening, teaching, and by personal example.

6. Help people develop concrete, detailed and time-phased personal development plans that help them take advantage of their natural strengths and find ways to compensate for personal limitations.
