Challenger coaching for individual contributors is formulated to pair an individual executive coach with a manager who has been identified and has expressed a desire to commit to a program for leadership development.
Intake. Get to know each other session and process: Gap analysis and survey to identify both performance and personal improvement opportunities.
Development. Use of various proven assessment methods to identify motivation, interests, values, and leadership style. These are designed to help each employee have a clearer and more comprehensive view of him or her self, particularly in relationship to others.
Implementation. Formulate individual strength de-velopment plan including strategies and tactics to capitalize on individual assets. This also includes the identification of individual shortcomings, and development of means to manage or minimize dependency on these. This tailor-made plan leads to increased business productivity, sounder leadership direction and improved personal wellness.
