Small Group Coaching
Challenger provides hands-on live-action small group teaching packages and management for organizational groups, project teams, and client teams. This intense methodology involves coaching the leader and mentoring the team together through the actual process. This includes, in specific, team techniques such as meeting planning, goal-setting, problem solving, creative thinking, decision-making, task delegation, accountability and project planning.

Intervention. Direct intervention and/or team leader education in order to overcome team problems such as conflict, lack of commitment, hidden agendas, and similar erosion of team effectiveness.

Education. Tutoring in team leadership and follower-ship techniques, particularly the mastery of building consensus, setting and keeping goals (a system), and methods of planning that gain small group commitment to common objectives and that build team spirit.
