Amy Gerard, native of the Grand Rapids area, joins global outplacement and executive coaching consultancy Challenger, Gray & Christmas, Inc. as a regional sales manager. She will be responsible for client relationships and business development throughout Michigan, with a focus on the western part of the state.

Gerard comes to Challenger from Grand Rapids-based Precision Aerospace Corporation, a chief manufacturer for the aerospace industry, where she led a team of top performers in the company’s non-destructive testing laboratory. Prior to Precision Aerospace, Gerard worked for a number of leaders in the contract furniture manufacturing space in Grand Rapids, including American Seating, Nucraft, and Steelcase.

Gerard possesses a solid marketing background with exceptional leadership experience. As a sales representative with O.C. Tanner, Gerard implemented employee recognition and training programs as well as marketing materials for internal and customer communications. Similarly, at Kraft, she developed relationships with store managers and directors while overseeing display and merchandising content. She is looking forward to utilizing her robust local ties and continuing to build strong relationships in her role with Challenger, Gray & Christmas, Inc.

Gerard holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in Communication and Marketing from Purdue University.
