Ingrid Clausen is a seasoned Global Professional Coach, with extensive experience in career transition and training, job search strategy and coaching, cultural coaching and project management, translation and Interpretation.
Currently, Ingrid is our senior job coach and career transition consultant where she has excelled at delivering all the different outplacement services and specially adapting them to each particular client and situation. In 2017 Ingrid was awarded the CEO award.

Ingrid is an adventurous traveler and trilingual professional who has lived in 5 different countries and visited 42 more. This global experience and awareness allow her to easily connect with people from all backgrounds and cultures. Her passion for helping others has kept her involved with different volunteering organizations and social causes.
Her previous roles and life experiences have rounded her into the multifaceted professional she is today. Ingrid received her Bachelors in International Business and management degree from the Frei University in Berlin, Germany, her associates in psychology from Harold Washington College in Chicago and her degree in photography from the Technical school in Copenhagen, Denmark.
