Our SVP David Pinette’s partnership,The Human Resources Executive Alliance, sponsored a Roundtable Meeting hosted by FS Investments on Wednesday, January 24. With discussions facilitated by Ania Mikson, CHRO at FS and Lysa Dahlin, SVP, HR , topics included change management, sexual harassment, using technology and game theory to recruit college grads and millennials, as well as strategies on retention. FS Chief US Economist Lara Rhame discussed the current state of the economy and how recent tax legislation will impact business. The event was a successful start to the New Year for HREA.
