Andrea Grant Joins #TeamChallenger as Vice President

Andrea Grant joins global outplacement and executive coaching consultancy Challenger, Gray & Christmas, Inc. as Vice President. She will be responsible for client relationships and business development in the greater Washington, DC-Metro including Baltimore, MD and Northern Virginia.

Andrea’s background in human resources and diversity initiatives gives her the insight needed to truly partner with companies and strategize complex business needs. Throughout her career, she has consulted national, multi-national and global organizations, across all industries to improve efficiency, increase revenue, and mitigate loss. She has extensive experience successfully planning and executing personalized workforce programs with an eye on creating solutions that not only benefit the company, but also create satisfied, fulfilled alumni talent.

Andrea began her career as a thoughtful, driven, and compassionate HR leader, implementing employee recognition and career development programs, as well as integrating business operations impacting 30,000 employees at CapitalOne. For the last twelve years, Andrea has been creating successful outplacement and talent management plans and building a reputation as an exceptional HR consultant. Her expertise in change management, succession planning, recruitment, retention, and all aspects of talent management makes her a credible and reliable partner for companies going through change.

In recent years, Andrea has created hundreds of programs for Non-Profits and Associations in the DC-Metro area. She has coaching experience with the Network of Executive Women (NEW) Mid-Atlantic Chapter, Diversity Women’s Business Leadership Conference, American Bar Association Diversity Conference, and the National Urban League.
