What makes us different?
Our programs are dramatically different than what you will find elsewhere. From start to finish, we are focused on results. We implement a process that actually reduces the search time for your employees rather than an emphasis on busy work, which creates the illusion of accomplishment.

Our business development and transition planning executives are kept entirely separate from the counseling staff that provides one-to-one, day-to-day support for our clients (your employees). This means your company receives focused and professional support on planning both individual and group reductions. It also means that our clients (your employees) get experienced counselors, dedicated to achieving each client’s objectives.

We offer superior counseling resources, recognizing that each of our clients is unique, with individual employment goals and special needs. All our counselors are full time employees required to complete and extensive certification process before they are permitted to work with our clients. Franchised outplacement and temporary or contract counseling shortchanges clients because typically these providers lack both experience and long-term commitment to the industry.

One-to-One Support. We maintain the most sophisticated and intensive counselor-initiated follow-up support program in the industry. All counselor activity is closely monitored using a proprietary system and database (Client Management System™) which provides instant access to all aspects of a client’s program and progress.

Professional Resume Development.
Our professional writing department designs and composes thoughtful resumes that remove the burden of resume development from the client, while still giving them final approval over design and content. This approach allows the client’s attention to stay focused on productive activity. Resumes produced this way are more than simple descriptions of the job seeker’s credentials – they are individualized sales brochures targeted at hiring executives, and give potential employers a comprehensive view of our client’s skills, qualifications, experience, and achievements.

Ad Answering Service.
Our proprietary computerized ad answering service searches through newspapers, the Internet, and other sources to find the best job opportunities for our clients. This weekly service frees individual job seekers of a cumbersome responsibility and psychological crutch so that they stay engaged in activities that actually add value, such as face-to-face interviewing.

National Job Bank.
Our national job bank has hundreds of jobs that are updated each week from companies all over the world. Our clients receive a listing of these job openings via email and can also access the Job Bank over the Internet.

Business Startup.
Approximately 10% of our clients each year start their own businesses, even though many more desire to take this path. When a client expresses this desire, our counselors work with the client to determine if this career path is really viable for the client. For qualified individuals, we provide comprehensive training in business start-up techniques.

Retirement.
After separation, some clients contemplate retirement. If retirement appears to be a viable option, our counselors will explore career and lifestyle options, alternative or part-time working arrangements and family, financial, and health issues the client will face during the transition to retirement.
"Recession proof your job by making sure that others, above and below, know about your recent achievements."
