Relocation rates held steady in 2016 and the first quarter of 2017. While employment prospects are strong this year, it is not easy to find jobs in certain places across the country, according to a new report on relocation with analysis of Bureau of Labor Statistics data by global outplacement company Challenger, Gray & Christmas, Inc.
Interviews are stressful. In an annual Challenger survey of job seekers, 37 percent of respondents cited obtaining interviews and interviewing well as the most difficult part of the job search on average. One question almost always comes up in interviews, and developing a solid answer could get you one step closer to landing the position.

While estimates suggest almost 4 million Boomers retire per year, survey after survey indicate that more Americans plan to continue working well into their retirement years. Employers who are currently scouring the labor force for available talent would be wise to tap into the older workforce, according to one workplace authority.
