Andrew is an expert in talent management, especially at the leadership level, with much of his career providing Executive Coaching and Leadership Development programs. In his previous role, Andrew spent the last seven years as Managing Director for San Francisco and the Bay Area, partnering with the Human Resources community to deliver these services. Challenger is thrilled to have someone with Andrew’s passion and talents for outplacement and executive coaching on the team.

Andrew has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of La Verne in History and a master’s degree from California State University. He lives with his wife Shanae and their four children in Oceanside. In his spare time, he serves on the Board of Oceanside American Little League and as a Coaching Coordinator for over 25 teams with players ranging in age from 5 to 13 years old.
