Last week, Heather Dolan had the privilege of co-hosting a dynamic, interactive event for 50 HR leaders in NYC. Elliott Nelson and Telma Viale from Kennedy Fitch consulting led the full day workshop centered around the future of work and employee experience. Attendees had the opportunity to participate in an active experiential learning session, where they learned how to build personas, map journeys, do design sprints and work in Agile teams. HR leaders left with a structured framework for creating an EX-centric organization and an understanding of EX ‘pillars’ and tools to then be able to bring these valuable learning’s back to their organizations.
