Challenger is thrilled to announce that Tiffany LeNoir is our newest Regional Director
Tiffany brings more than 10 years of B2B enterprise sales experience to our team, with a proven track record in HR services and people-centered tech solutions. Based in the Washington, DC metro area, Tiffany supports clients across the DMV and throughout Virginia. She has spent her career working across industries supporting CHROs, CFOs, Procurement and Legal teams.
Most recently, Tiffany served as Head of Sales and Founding Account Executive at Keep Company in Bethesda, MD. Prior to that, she held enterprise sales roles at Hone and ChartHop. Tiffany excels at connecting departmental challenges to enterprise-wide business impact, helping executives navigate complexity and move forward with confidence.
Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in Sociology from Loyola Marymount University, where she was a Division I soccer team captain and recipient of the African American Leadership Achievement Award. Challenger is excited to have her expertise and leadership on the team.
