Created by SVP Cindi Cervone Carlson and VP Pamela Marshall Taylor, Challenger University prepares students and/or new grads to enter and ultimately succeed in the workforce. By arming them with the skills and guidance necessary to tackle the real world by storm, we prepare them for the intricacies of the job search so they can rise above other candidates in today’s very competitive job market. We also help them understand how to navigate the work world from the perspective of communication, professional presence and relationship building so that they are a success in their career endeavors.
