“When we speak of the assets of the Church, we don’t think of the laity working for and with her as human capital, but at the end of the day, the Church’s biggest asset are the countless people who share their talents and skills. And yet, how do we manage this human capital? How do we manage our best talent? How do we nurture it? How do we retain it? How do we attract new talent? How do we manage all these aspects while also trying to accomplish our mission at hand?”
