PAMELA LEONE JOINS CHALLENGER, GRAY & CHRISTMAS, INC. IN PORTLAND

Pamela Leone of Happy Valley, Oregon, joins global outplacement and executive coaching consultancy Challenger, Gray & Christmas, Inc. as a vice president. She will be responsible for client relationships and business development throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Leone comes to Challenger from Evanta, a leading executive development and consulting firm. She was with the firm for seven years, supporting its rapid growth. Pam held a number of positions of increasing responsibility, most recently serving as Senior Program Director. During her time with Evanta, she developed strong relationships with her customers and became a valuable asset in connecting the HR community. She is looking forward to continuing to support and build those relationships in her new role with Challenger, Gray & Christmas, Inc.

Leone possesses a wealth of experience in a broad range of industries and occupations. Prior to joining Evanta, she was a mortgage consultant for First Pacific Mortgage. Leone also owned her own mortgage company, which specialized in commercial real estate loans. She has served as an Associate Director of Young Life, a worldwide organization for middle, high school and college students. Her career began with Allstate Equity Investment Corp., where she rose to the level of vice president before departing to start her own business.

Leone holds a Master of Arts in pastoral studies from Multnomah University. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Bible and Theology from San Jose Christian College. She enjoys throwing dinner parties, competitive ballroom dancing and spending time with her husband, Michael, and their two grown daughters.
