Laura Sterkel Promoted to Vice President, Executive Coaching

The extraordinary challenges facing businesses right now have caused companies to pivot dramatically or transform entirely. It has also raised unique opportunities for leadership, as companies strategize safety protocols during a public health emergency, address questions of diversity, and determine what will drive business success during a deepening Recession.

Not only must leaders adapt to teams as they work from multiple locations, grapple with family concerns or deal with burnout and uncertainty, they must also battle market conditions that may upend financial outlooks. The Human Resources and Talent community will be challenged to support leaders individually and collectively, like never before.

”Businesses have faced extremely complex problems in a short amount of time. Our experts are prepared to guide leaders through these changes, as they face the myriad challenges presented at this critical juncture,” said John Challenger, Chief Executive Officer of Challenger, Gray & Christmas, Inc.
