Challenger is excited to announce that Karla Monson has joined global outplacement and executive coaching firm Challenger, Gray & Christmas, Inc. as a Vice President, Sales Enablement. She will be responsible for partnering with the national sales organization with a focus on creating and executing a new sales enablement strategy.
Karla brings more than 20 years of experience in sales enablement and operations roles with most of her career spent in professional service organizations. Before joining Challenger, Gray & Christmas, Karla served as Senior Principal at Korn Ferry, a global organizational consulting firm, focused on revenue operations, sales enablement and business operations for the Human Experience team. She is excited to bring her enthusiasm and passion for people, process and problem solving to ensure a strong experience for the team at Challenger, our customers and clients.
Karla was born and raised in Minnesota and attended Gustavus Adolphus College for her undergraduate degree in Communication Studies. She and her husband, along with their 2 daughters and goldendoodle, reside in the Twin Cities and enjoy spending time with family, days at the lake and both watching and playing sports of all kinds.
