With 85 million mothers in the United States – 70 percent of whom are in the labor force, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics – no doubt companies are facing calls for family-friendly benefits and perks. As women continue to speak out for equality in the workplace, especially in light of the #MeToo movement, companies that design their culture to support working mothers will attract top talent, according to one workplace authority.
