This year marks the 40th Annual Challenger Holiday Job Search Event, a longstanding tradition in which the firm suspends normal business operations for two days to offer free job search webinars and one-on-one career guidance to the public.
Since launching the program in 1985, the holiday event has supported tens of thousands of job seekers. It remains the only time each year that Challenger’s services, which are typically offered exclusively through corporate outplacement programs, are fully open to anyone who needs them.
