Feb 27 Rian Powell Joins Challenger as Director of HR
Challenger is thrilled to announce that Rian Powell is our new Director of Human Resources.
Rian joins us from Lasalle Network where she spent 14 years honing her skills in recruiting and learning and development.
Rian has led high-performing recruiting teams across multiple practice areas, including accounting and finance, supply chain, marketing, HR, and executive search. She has deep expertise in building recruitment strategies and optimizing hiring processes.
Rian has also designed and delivered large-scale training programs, implemented learning management systems, and onboarded more than 150 new hires through structured programs. She holds a BA from Michigan State University and an Executive Leadership Coaching certification from Northwestern University.
