The NAAAHR Chicago Chapter gives the John Gable Sponsorship Award for long-standing and deep involvement in its organization. John has 15 years of service to the NAAAHR Chicago Chapter, including leadership of the Executive Advisory Council. Both John and Sterling participate in the organization’s mentorship programs as NAAAHR mentees. In 2011, John was awarded the NAAAHR Chicago Executive of the Year. Our VP Andrea Grant is a deeply involved member of NAAAHR’s Baltimore chapter, the first in the nation, serving as its Vice President of Administration.

The NAAAHR, a not-for-profit organization, exists to provide a national forum where Black and African American human resources practitioners and those who are aligned with our goals can share, gain information and provide leadership on issues affecting their individual careers and the global workforce.

Challenger is dedicated to this cause, and is honored and grateful for the acknowledgement. We value and celebrate our team members who work so hard in this space. Learn more about Challenger’s Commitment here.
