Challenger is excited to announce a new team member, led by Joey Barry, to expand our reach in the western United States.
Mackenzie Flanagan
Mackenzie is an accomplished professional with a background in IT recruiting and sales. Before joining Challenger, Gray & Christmas, she spent eight years in these roles, partnering with enterprise-level companies to meet their staffing needs.
Born and raised in Redmond, OR, Mackenzie earned her degree in Speech Communications from Oregon State University. Her career took off when she relocated to Portland in 2015, diving into IT recruiting and sales. Mackenzie will be responsible for the Pacific Northwest region, including Oregon, Washington, Wyoming, and Montana. She is excited to bring her expertise to Challenger.
Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, gardening, reading, cooking, golfing, and skiing. She also runs a hobby farm where she cares for goats, chickens, a pig, and two dogs. Most importantly, she loves spending time with her three nieces, Landry, Millie, and Lucy.
