SVP Cindi Cervone Carlson and VP Pam Taylor hosted 20 HR professionals to “Improve It!” on February 6. The event was facilitated by Erin Diehl and Cristy Mercier of Improve It!and was a huge success. Based on the techniques of improvisational comedy, the event was geared to boost confidence and communication skills when networking, interviewing or just in life.This high energy and often hilarious event received rave reviews from attendees and was a great way to gather HR Executives together.
